Dr. Saum believes in a community of collaboration, the free exchange of ideas and knowledge for the advancement of society. It is this conviction that prompted the development of this repository.
Intellect confined in a vacuum and knowledge without action is a detriment to progress. The mere regurgitation of ideas in a public forum is insufficient to facilitate change. There must be consensus and agreement upon a common mission. This core belief should permeate all collaboration, cooperation, and partnerships.
The mission of this site is to promote ideas and best practices that provide equal access and globalization of eLearning materials. To this end all feedback is welcome.
